Inside the home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, a master bath (which is very serene with live oaks and marsh views from the jetted tub), and living room furnishings. This cute beach cottage is a short walk to Center Street restaurants, perched on a high lot with great views of the Folly River, and is within walking distance to the beach. The home is on one level with NO STAIRS making it ideal for those with children or for everyone tired of carrying all of your beach equipment, groceries, and luggage up stairs.

The cottage has tiled floors throughout, lots of bead board, granite countertops, gas Jenn-Air range, side by side w/d, two screen porches and an in-ground POOL! The spa/pool is jetted and HEATED (winter) making it very relaxing and enjoyable year round. It is 15.9 x 10.9 boasts seating for as many as the home sleeps, and is just under 4 feet deep.
