This cute beach cottage is a short walk to Center Street restaurants, perched on a high lot with great views of the Folly River, and is within walking distance to the beach. The home is on one level with NO STAIRS making it ideal for those with children or for everyone tired of carrying all of your beach equipment, groceries, and luggage up stairs.

The cottage has tiled floors throughout, lots of bead board, granite countertops, gas Jenn-Air range, side by side w/d, two screen porches and an in-ground POOL! The bungalow has an open living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and an eat-in kitchen which will seat 6. The first bedroom boasts a Queen bed, the second has a set of Twins. It is approximately 850 square feet. The spa pool is a small pool perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day or relaxing with a drink. It is 8' 10" X 8' 10" round, contains seating and is just under 4 foot deep. The spa is heated during the winter.
