Back Bay - On Island
Back Bay, developed by Turtle Bay Development, promises to be one of Folly’s foremost properties. Situated on the back of the island, it is a quiet location just a few short blocks from the beach and Center Street. Each town home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with 10-foot ceilings downstairs and 9-foot ceilings upstairs. Hardwood floors and crown molding throughout add an air of sophistication.
BeachWalk Villas - On Island
BeachWalk Villas are located within walking distance of the business district and the ocean on Folly Beach. These condos were built in the mid-1990's and feature 3 bedroom floorplans. Each unit has a view of the ocean from an oceanside balcony. The complex has an elevator and covered parking.
Charleston Oceanfront Villas – Oceanfront
